Stainless steel coaxial heat exchanger
Configuration: made from seamless carbon steel or copper tube for outer tube and twisted stainless steel 316L tube for inner tube.
Application: Copper ion will plate on the laser head to demange laser machine if its coolinng system have a little acidity element. Stainless steel coaxial heat exchanger can avoid this plate to demage the machine. Under the same operation conditon and same size heat exchanger tubing, stainless steel coaxial heat exchanger has advantages in heat transferring coefficient, compactable size,adaptable to different feature of waters, self-cleaning and durable leak-protection to laser chiller system and the heating or cooling of food processing and chemical processing.
Overshape: Round,rectangle,ellipse,dual circuit, multi-circuit and customized shapes if required.
Single circuit Capacity: Cooling from 1.5~30kW and heating from 2~40kW
