Instead of chilled air, they stop waste heat from accumulating by absorbing and transferring the heat in a continuous loop. Using an eco-friendly cooling fluid to transfer the heat within an advanced heat exchanger helps companies save significantly on most or all of their thermal management processes.

The impact heat exchangers have on productivity

When companies rely on heat exchangers instead of more traditional air conditioners or air compressors, the benefits are significant. Not only do heat exchangers require much less energy, but the equipment they utilize is also much simpler and easier to maintain. Because heat transfer is powered by largely natural processes, such as natural/forced convection and phase-change cooling, heat exchangers don’t need the complicated machinery that older solutions use. This means they don’t require as much routine maintenance, and they’re much less likely to interrupt operations for unscheduled repairs.
