who think of the shell and tube heatexchanger of the model shown in Figure one below. What is that shell and

pipeheat exchanger? Next, the editor will talk about the lower shell and pipe heat exchanger for everyone, as

          Let'scompare the two mainstream heat exchanger products of Hangzhou Shenshi  heatexchanger on the

market, Shenshi 130KW shell tube and steel-plastic shell pipe.

     Shenshi's 130KW shell and tube are used forevaporators and condensers of hot and cold water units, modu

       Shell and pipe heat exchanger is akindof high efficiency heat exchanger which is composed of high efficient

Ω style innerpipes and plastic shell. It has the advantagesof both shell & tube heat exchanger and plateheat

exchanger. The shell is madeup of plastic inner tank, and foaminsulation layer and steelshell. The innertubes 

arrangement method has beencertificated as our technology inventionpatent.

        Shelland pipe heat exchanger have their own characteristics,On hand heatexchanging inner core has a struct

-ure of Ω, baffle plate all have the abilityof elasticity, so it can anti-freezing.on other hand the steel shell and

 theengineering plastic inner bladder are filled with foaming materials, whicheffectively reduce the heat loss of 

the heat exchanger. The user does notneed to add insulation for the shell.

          From the internal structure of the two,the internal structure of the shell and pipe heat exchanger is more

complicated. Under the same core material, from the comparison of theirtechnical parameters, both sides can be

used as evaporator and condenser. Theheat exchanger unit heat exchanger unit area heat exchange will be hig

-her than the shell and tube heat exchanger, but the shell and pipe heat exchanger unitheat transfer unit area

will be worse than the shell and tube heat exchanger.

         Therefore, the comparison of the high heatexchange efficiency depends on whether the two sides are 

evaporators orcondensers.
